I only played through it once, so maybe it will grow on me with repeat playing, but it was just. I liked the characters okay but Sonny wasn't nearly as wacky as I expected him to be based on all the clues to his personality in earlier games. The tasks and puzzles didn't feel super interesting or fun to me either. I won't go into details about the story-I don't want to spoil anything- but I will say I wasn't left with a sense of closure when the game ended. I do have to say though, after seeing the teaser trailer for the next game I am SUPER excited!ĭisappointing. I'll admit, I'm 25 and these games often scare the crap out of me, but this one just seemed.anticlimactic. Someone mentioned not liking the new hint thing, ME TOO. I've always struggled with not cheating, and this does NOT help. There's just no motivation to talk to characters or explore (especially in this game, it seemed the characters and hidden objects just weren't there like they sometimes are).

If you are going to buy these games then you should use Big Fish Games. I hope some of the users here will try them out. Here is a bit of advice, figure out what the worth of the game is on your own. No matter how much you play a game there will always be pros and cons during a game series.
Ignore the disgruntled fans that try to tear down the new games. More games are to still come since Her Interactive uses a new way to make games. There have been 33 games in total that have been created. The game series is based on certain volumes in the original book series which is over 175 books total. It has unique plots that bring the world of Nancy Drew on to our computers. Alright, I love this game series because it’s always been challenging to play.
